Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Staff Relationships:  This person is directly responsible to the Speech Language Pathologist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Texas license as an Assistant Speech Pathologist granted by the Texas Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
• Experience in a school setting preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of habilitation and rehabilitations of speech, language and hearing disorders
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of materials and therapy techniques

Terms of Employment: 

• Salary in accordance with Redwater ISD Salary Schedule  
• 187 day Contract
