High School Para-Instructional Aide (2026-2027)

 

Staff Relationships:  This person is directly responsible to the classroom teacher and the campus principal

 

Qualifications:  High School diploma or GED. Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate or eligible for certification in Texas

 

Special Knowledge/Skills:  Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing and mathematics.  Ability to work well with children.  Ability to communicate effectively

 

Experience:  Some experience working with children

 

Terms of Employment:

 

• Salary in accordance with Redwater ISD Salary Schedule $17,881.00-$25,865.00 dependent on years of experience.
• 187 days
